FAQ

How can I customize the ear plugs for a better fit?

Ears come in many shapes and sizes!

If you find the ear plug too big, consider splitting the ear plug in half or removing some material.

Always be sure to keep enough material so the ear plug sits outside your ear canal

How can I make my ear plugs stickier?

If you would like your ear plugs to be stickier, moisten them with 1-2 drops of water before pressing them into your ears.

Remember to hold the ear plugs in place with your fingers for at least 10 seconds for the best placement.

I have a congested nose, should I still wear the mouth tape?

If you have a cold or nasal congestion, it is important to determine if you can still breathe through your nose before wearing the mouth tape. If you cannot breathe through your nose, take a break from the mouth tape until your congestion starts to clear.

If your congestion is mild, mouth tape can actually help clear your nasal passages!

My room is quite dark, should I still wear the eye mask?
