SLPWell Mouth Tape
1. Unwrap a new SLPWell Mouth Tape. You may find it easier to remove the lower tab first
2. Close your mouth and relax your jaw. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth
3. Position the mouth tape over the centre of your lips and press down firmly to secure
Easy Removal: Moisten adhesive with your tongue and gently remove

SLPWell Ear Plugs
1. Warm up an ear plug in each hand for 30 seconds
2. One at a time, carefully place each SLPWell ear plug into the outer part of your ear canal
3. Gently press the ear plug to mould to the shape of your ear and hold for 10 seconds
Be careful not to push the ear plug too far into the ear canal

1. Stretch open the eye mask holding an end in each hand
2. Place your SLPWell Eye Mask lightly over your eyes and secure the mask at the back of your head
3. Lay down and adjust your mask for a comfortable fit
